I can’t wait for them to come together because i just know it’s gonna be amazing. I adore that she’s the one to finally see him. Oh Wes, let’s fix that unrequited love, shall we? But of course, Lola won’t let it stand for long. This part was more sex than story, not that that’s ever been a problem for me. The perfect sandwich is between those two! But there’s just something about Rake that pulls me in, especially when he’s paired with Leo. I know everyone is obsessed with Matthieu and I agree, he’s great.
Unfortunately the men in part 2 can barely hold a candle to the first 3. I love how Kathryn split the 6 men, so we focused on 3 in book one and the other 3 in book 2. Can’t say it has the same punch as Part One, but I still enjoyed the crap out of this audio re-read.
